we want to create a national network under an nrg wholly owned company, and we're trying to present arging network for every car other than tesla. tesla is putting electric car chargers in the middle of nebraska. our view is it's more of an intraurban, or intrasuburban market. so we're sort of going city by city. california is of course the biggest market, and we're spending $100 million to create a charging network in the state of california, but we're going to be national by 2013. >> where would these be, and how would they work? >> with electric cars, the main charger is at home in your garage. but if you live 30 or 40 or 50 miles from your workplace, and, you know, most people are at work for eight to ten hours a day, it's a great place to have what is usually called the second charger. there's a little fob and you just wave it over here, and then you plug in, and you are ready to go? >> and how big do you see this getting? what influence will this have on people's decisions to buy electric cars. >> well, 80 million cars in the united states are second or third vehicles, and even

nrg is another one with growth drivers. so i think within the utility space you want the get yield and pick name that is have growth opportunities and not just play that yield game long term. >> it is interesting they have their individual catalyst. is it a foregone conclusion for rates to rise? today yields are lower. >> yeah. i think it's a foregone conclusion at least the fed's going to try to push rates higher next year. i don't think as soon as the rest of the market thinks it will and that uncertainty creates an interesting environment for the market next year. i think the trajectory is lower left to upper right with gains in the wider bands in the gains, bigger fluctuations and talked about this with concerns of liquidity. the good news for this is the stock picker crowd. those people looking for areas to expose within the market. i think that's going to benefit them going forward in the 2015. >> jim lowell, here we sit. the russell at all-time highs, those small caps coming back but you like the mega caps. are you c
