here are tips from the ntsb. try to get more sleep. if you're tired, then you are cranky. listen to soothing music like classical, aggressive music and make people aggressive. and plan ahead. leave before you have to, being late adds to aggressiveness and put pictures of loved ones on your dashboard to remind you why it is important to get home safely. this guy should have used all those tracks. >> in north bay city is dead last for having the worst roads in the bay area. in a cbs 5 report, we show you just how fixing potholes will not solve the problem. >> if you have been to petaluma likely than you know the roads are bad. and if you have not and i will tell you, the roads are bat. >> the easy explanation is that the roads are failing. >> they're so bad that they're being compared to those of a developing nation. the metropolitan transportation commission latest report card gave roads here a pavement condition index rating of 49 on a 100 and scale. the city is considering putting a half percent sales tax increase on the november ballot. money that could help fix the road
