one thing i looked up this morning is nucor. a steelmaker in north carolina.ly doubled second-quarter and the revenue was up 25%. gm is doubling the amount of money they think they will need to pay extra from steel this year. investors saw that and said, it is not going to be good the rest of the year. we will see what happens. they have been selling off. shery: what about u.s. demand? could that upset the other weaknesses? david: u.s. sales are pretty strong. they are not really growing. the market has been telling us u.s. market is pretty strong. it is just pretty stable. it is not going to provide growth. things aloft for a while is the fact that things are buying more expensive vehicles. that has kept profits strong. not going to offset some of the damage they are seeing to earnings. gm pretty much signaled that. they will not make as much as 650 like they said which would be more around six dollars a share. the macy's somewhere -- we may see that from ford. david: what do we anticipate, more from the same afford? david: 3.5 hours from now. rapidly. ford a
