nyack sits on the hudson river about 25 miles north of midtown manhattan.i mentioned earlier, if you've crossed the tappan zee bridge, you've landed on the western side or departed on the western side from the village of nyack. there has been some kind of a natural gas explosion at that building there on the nyack college campus. reports that one woman either was blown out or fell out a window. it appears to be, to have affected mostly the ground floor there. you can see window frames lying on top of those cars there in the parking lot. one person taken away with injuries, but how badly these folks are hurt we do not yet know. jenna: right now the number wep have is seven people injured at this time. again, a big question about what caused it. although the fire department is responding, we haven't seen a live fire at the scene, nor did we get any reports of that. we just know that it was some sort of blast and something big enough that was able to blow the windows, and apparently the door -- according to one witness -- off of this building. still a big ques

you might have not heard of this school but it's a small christian college that is in nyack, new york. all we have here, you see on the ground there are crews. but that one person was injured and the explosion happened earlier in the day. no chass in session. >>> and the colorado movie theater shooting suspect james holmes was in court today. a denver area judge accepted his plea of not guilty by reason of insanity. his previous not guilty plea was entered by the judge on behalf. that was in march. now holmes is accused of opening fire in a movie theater during "the dark knight rises." 12 people died from that shooting and holmes faces murder and other charges in the july shooting in aurora. holmes will be taken to a mental health facility to be evaluated. >>> you hear this all the time about kids being abducted but this is not something you often here. a woman say there's was a person wearing a mask trying to take her 3-year-old son while he was playing in the backyard. this happened near seattle. she believes it was a man she say his got pretty far before she was able to grab and st

you can see how the blast blew out windows at nyack university. the christian college is about 25 miles north of new york city. the school says summer classes haven't started yet so there were few people on campus. none of the injuries is life threatening. >>> there are new safety concerns about pg&e this noontime. after an audit shows the utility skimped on repairs. according to the san francisco chronicle the audit found that pg&e failed to spend $50 million it received from rate payers to fix and maintain natural gas distribution pipes. this took place in the decades leading up to the deadly san bruno explosion. the audit was ordered by the california public utilities commission. a pg&e spokeswoman says the company disputes some of the audit's findings. >>> a standoff between longshoremen and the port of oakland over who will unload a controversial a contrabarge continues. it's in the waters off the port. more than 100 longshoremen gathered last night and turned the barge away. they say it's their jurisdiction to unload it and their plore, paci
