we have a big time baseball player, nyjer morgan.a chance at his second love today, working out with the san jose sharks. hockey was his number two sport behind baseball and his work out proved fruitful. he will score a goal and let everybody know about it. that is fun there. he talked about choosing between the two sports he loves. >> i was a kid doing my thing. i played two sports. dual athlete. i had to realize, you know, which one will work out. eventually i had to go to school. i ended up playing baseball in washington. >> mean time, this is a huge day in college football. no games but national signing day. cal and stanford happy. you see some of the players signing today. you never know till they hit the playing field but stanford had the 16th recruiting class for 122000. barry sanders, jr., his father a hall of famer. including josh garnett. noor davis. and cal, hardy nickerson and michael barton, and freddy tagalos. some of the top recruits headed to the bay area to play college football. that is the sporting life. >> nice to
