that was enough to offset the big margin danny o'connor had down here. we'll keep it at the county level so you can see the break down. few votes in from precincts in tonight, but all votes we expect to be counted tonight. here's the issue, troy balderson will go to bed tonight in the lead. this is what is outstanding. we have absentee ballots still to be counted. doesn't mean they all come in, but the secretary of state says there are more than 5,048 absentee ballots. also there are more than 3,400 provisional ballots. these are somebody that shows up at the precinct, local precinct workers not sure they belong there, not in the right place, and the appropriateness of that gets checked. 8,500 votes roughly still to be counted and sorted out. the secretary of state says 5,048 outstanding absentee ballots, 3,500 provisional ballots. the question is does it change this? in most elections it does not. these tend to stand. but this one is pretty close. 1,766 votes. the republicans will be breathing a sigh of relief tonight but the lawyers, the election lawye
