thomas o'donnell is facing charges in a possible murder for hire plot. he is accused of killing michael harding who was found dead in kentucky in september. that's michael harding. julie harding killed herself last week in tennessee. julie harding was on leave from the department when she was found dead in her tennessee home. investigators say the couple was going through a bitter divorce when michael was found shot to death. thomas o'donnell was arrested at the sacramento airport last week with help of the fbi. right now he is in custody in sacramento county jail. we are told o'donnell is set to be flown to kentucky to face murder charges soon. >>> right now people living in cars and motor homes along benford road in novato are hoping today won't be their last day they have a place to call home. andrea nakano spoke with some who say they received conflicting notices, one even saying they may have to leave this morning. >> reporter: these are motor homes that line benford road in novato. some residents have been hear for years and others just found this
