according to court papers in chicago, brandon preveau drove his girlfriend's car to his job at o'harethe couple broke up and there the car sat for three years wracking up 678 tickets totaling $106,000. that is an all-time record for chicago and about 30 times more than the '95 chevy was worth. the city has agreed to settle the tickets for $4,500. preveau will pay about a third of it. his ex-girlfriend the rest. a deputy who gave out tickets for a living has set a record of his own.
