o'keefe and mr. gardiner -- i think lots of families are so used to having something that it is necessary to them. how are we going to develop what is necessary versus something that has been in place so long it is part of your everyday -- your child going to school and getting picked up from school. do you fall into the category were that is unnecessary, versus someone in special education who has mental and physical challenges? the bus is necessary. that is a necessary component to their everyday school activity. how are we discerning for families? when i really look at it, it is something i have always had, and i believe it is necessary, but when i start looking at the criteria, i have come to discern it is not necessary. i fall into that. this is not necessary for me, and i am going to have to figure out another way to get my kid to school. it is not necessary for my child's existence. have we figured out those things that can help families self assess whether they fall into the necessary busing

today's question is from perry henderson o'keefe.s is an excellent question and we had to do a little research in the weather department. is there an entity that keeps track of the number of above average windy days and if show, has 2010 been windier than average? all right. good question? >> yes. >> excellent question. a question you did not know the answer to. tony didn't. we did some research. we called our friend at the national weather service out in sterling, virginia, talked to a forecaster, brian jackson. he said since 2001, the weather service has been keeping this data. so yeah, since 2001, they want to -- here what is they do. they track each day the highest wind speed and the highest wind gust. not a lot of data to fall back upon. we are looking at people miserable in the windy conditions. it is not really good data. they want to emphasize they are only taking the measurement of a moment. they are only get the information at one moment. but there are some trends we can find. i have the data for the last 10 years. and in f
