i, along with governor o'malley, are co-chairs of the governors' council. we will meet this afternoon with leaders from the pentagon and homeland security to talk about these issues. we were disappointed the last meeting we had in milwaukee, the leadership of the pentagon was not in attendance, and we did not feel we had received the kind of consultant of process that was envisioned. i am hopeful this afternoon's meeting will be much different, and i have been assured that will be the case....
