this is just shot by our overnight photographer pete on the street o'neil. you can see drivers have to take it very slowly. that's just a word of caution if you are going to be out and good in the next couple of minutes actually. if you step out the door, heavy rain. it's going to taper off as we head into the next couple of hours. it's already starting to pond on the roadways. taking a look at the conditions outside at this hour. we're looking at a temperature 57 degrees. relative humidity 100%. wind is out of the north- northwest at 8 miles per hour. this is why we have all that rain. there's a big storm off the coast spreading the rain shield all the way back into the central part of the state, now even into the western portion. as far as rain amounts so far, we've been seeing the most of it on the eastern shore seeing almost an inch and a half of rain since midnight. three-quarters of an inch in baltimore. a little less than that over a tenth of an inch to baltimore. that storm will be tearing apart, shearing apart, rather, as we head through the next co
