greta: extremely distushing new photos from north korea. satellite photos showing it has now repaired damage to its nuclear test facility and ready o to conductnother nuclear test if it wants to. should we be worried? the author of the brand new book escape from north korea joins us. your thoughts about the reports about the nuclear -- that they may possibly be repairing their nuclear testing? >> well, given the past history of north korea's nuclear tests the reports do seem very credible. in 2006 and 2009 north korea conducted nuclear tests in each case just a few weeks after testing a long-range missile and, of course, north korea tested a long-range missile just two weeks ago. so it follows the usual pattern, a nuclear test is soon to come. >> greta: escape from north korea your new book. i read it. having done all of the research you have done on the book what surprised you most about what you have learned from north korea? >> greta, thank you for that compliment. what surprised me most was that i thought i knew a lot about north korea before i started and researching the book and it is far worse than any one can imagine. the north korean
