after an incident that started on wendy's in powder mill road and ended up in a parking lot along new hampshire avenue in white oak. >> live on the scene with more. >> reporter: this was an argument that led to a car chase, perhaps gunshots fired, before ending here at an office depot parking lot in montgomery county. montgomery county police received a report 4:00 this afternoon of gunshots being fired from one car to another. police located both of the vehicles involved. as you mention, people are in custody, no word if there are any charges at this point but at the very least, several have been handcuffed and detained. police say this began in prince george's county on powder mill road, in a parking lot at a wendy's restaurant. there, an argument, police say, one car chased another car, shots fired at some point, the chase made it to new hampshire avenue, into montgomery county. one point the vehicle being chased drove northbound in the southbound lanes causing several accidents along the way. again, before ending here, the 11,000 block of new hampshire avenue near silver spring, based on what we are being told
