in oakland. one young victim says she spotted the predator again at a local liquor store. this is the sketch. he is linked to three sexual assaults against young children this year. on wednesday of this week, one of the victims, a six-year-old girl said she saw her attacker, this time at a liquor store near 28th and foothill. >> reporter: as a result of the recent sexual assaults parents are on edge and it appears the suspect may be hiding in plain sight. according to her mother, a six-year-old victim of one of the recent assaults in oakland saw her alleged attacker inside this convenience store on wednesday. the family says they reported the incident to the police department. the store does have video surveillance cameras inside but the store manager told kron 4 that opd have not looked at that video. they released a statement saying the oakland police department continues to actively investigate this case and will provide updates as they become available. >> it's been very frustrating. >> repor

that breaking news happening in oakland. crews at an office of seattle -- of children's hospital rather after a fire. >> christie smith just got to the scene. officials there are calling this quite suspicious. >> reporter: yes, they are. good morning to you, scott. i spoke with a firefighter here and he said here are the circumstances. you have a fire that appears that it started on the outside of the building. they started getting calls at 3:00 in the morning when no one was supposed to be inside or outside. so they are sifting through debris trying to determine what started this single alarm fire at a building for oakland children's hospital which is around the corner from the actual hospital itself. kind of looks like a home but they are using it for administration. firefighters arrived they say smoke and flames were coming from the rear of the building down a long, narrow dark drive way, one firefighter said it was suspicious. earlier told us to possibly be arson. no injuries to report. no one here again injured, no fire

the oakland a's rejected a deal to play at the oakland coliseum for the foreseeable future.issued a statement last night. the ten year lease proposal does not meet all of their requirements. now it's not clear what happens next in this ballpark battle. the oakland a's have been pushing major league baseball for permission to move to san jose. however the south bay that is a territory of the giants. in the meantime the a's have agreed to a series of short extensions at the oakland coliseum. meantime the golden state warriors are making plans to move out of oakland to a new home in san francisco. the new project unvailed this week calls for building an 18,000 seat arena. but the city of oakland is not giving up the fight yet to stop the warriors from moving across the bay. >> they don't have the stadium built yet. there are still many hurdles that need to go through with that. we feel if we can offer a better site, a better deal for them. >> the warriors have been playing in oakland since 1971 but the team never adopted the oakland name. >>> at 5:00 this evening we will know w
