hills, you can see the lights of oakland hills behind neechlt the oakland police are investigate ago kidnapping that happened down this way, over in the 8100 block of sterling drive. they say that just after 10:00 p.m. a witness told police that a man was seen grabbing a woman, putting her in the trunk of the car and then driving off. now, the woman was described as wearing a halter top, we don't know her race, we don't know her age or what else she was wearing, but that seems to be one description. the car is very sketchy, a black car, possibly year 2,000, not much more to go on than that, and the suspect is described in limited details as an african-american man in his mid 20s, approximately 6 feet tall, weighing 180 pounds to 200 pounds. not sure on that. they do say that he was wearing a red shirt and dark pants, but admittedly that's not much to go on. so oakland police have not yet come forth with more information on this. we don't know if this was a domestic situation or something else. we are slightly to the west of interstate 580, i can hear the traffic just starting up this
