(jr stone) federal investigators are now involved with this oakland fire. they have already linked a suspect to three previous fire cases involving apartment buildings under construction. a-t-f investigators have released these pictures of the arson suspect in those past fires. you can see him dressed in a black clothes including a hoodie and a black backpack. in one shot he is on a bicycle. they believe this suspect was to blame for three other recent fires similar to the fire that burned this past friday. two of the three burned at the same apartment building location that was under construction in emeryville on the border of oakland. the most recent there was in may. the third fire that investigators have linked him to happened last october near lake merritt. the building that caught fire was also under renovation. all of these fires... caused millions of dollars worth of damage. (jr stone) a big story we're tracking. police are nvestigating an officer involved shooting in vallejo.
