in oakland, michelle kingston kron 4 news. >>and we have new details now on the altercation between alameda county sheriff's deputy and the president of the toronto raptors. it happened after game 6 of the nba finals and the alameda county sheriff's deputy tried to prevent raptors side, a jury you can see here in the dark suit. he was trying to get on to the court. but he didn't have proper credentials and the sheriff's deputy didn't recognize who he was so he kept them from going in that is when the trackers president struck the deputy in the face that deputy suffered a concussion and injuries to his job which have left him unable to work. they didn't want to raise the issue then and there during the celebrations but the sheriff's office says since the incident that deputy has been the target of threats and insults from raptors fans and now the sheriff's office is pursuing charges against the raptors president. they plan to have the case in the hands of the da sometime this weekend that the case will include the deputy's body

now, sergio taylor of oakland was back in court today after an oakland police officer claims he spotted taylor pulling over someone on sunday. the officer says taylor was driving a chevy impala with a blue and red flashing light on the dashboard. the officer says he wasn't able to catch up to taylor who allegedly got in his car and raced towards the freeway. but taylor says it wasn't him and says he has an alibi to prove it. i asked him if he's ever impersonated an officer. this was his response. >> i've never identified myself as a police officer. >> reporter: what did you identify urts? >> i always identified myself as security, same thing it says on my uniform. i don't know how one would identify themselves as police when it clearly states in broad day lie "security." >> reporter: but if you scrolled through his selfies on social media you could mistake him for a sworn officer. there he is with what appears to be a badge, duty belt, a body camera and even a canine officer. in fact, that's what police say he was wearing when he was arrested w ik earlier. taylor says he worked for a se
