you can see san francisco 66, oakland 7290. in antioch, one of the warmest spots in san jose, 80 degrees. so here's the overall trend with temperatures. we are trending up, as you can see here. warming up this week the hottest locations by say friday and saturday will be approaching at least the mid 90s. we're not talking about 105 106 degrees, but still warming up, at least compared to where we have been over the past couple of days. here's the satellite picking up on some of the low clouds and fog near portions of the coastline. it's coming up once again. we'll have a few patches out there. it's already increasing in coverage near the coast and right around portions of the bay. so the clouds will be a factor first thing tomorrow morning around the bay, shoreline and current numbers san jose 73, santa rosa 74 and some 70s for livermore and in concord. here's the fog i was looking for in the satellite. and here it is, looking out toward the bay bridge, and it's already kind of crawling back over san francisco bay this evening.

i spoke with oakland pd today. they don't expect that they believe they can get their 911 answering times into compliance by fall winter 2025, our dispatch center is one of the hardest working dispatch centers in the state, if not the country. has the state provided opd a benchmark for those improvements? specifically, what goal does opd need to reach next and when? so the state did not provide an exact benchmark. however each month we see our call answering speeds improve. i want our community to know that if you have an emergency in oakland and you call 911, our dispatchers will be there to pick up the phone and you'll recall for the past year, we have been reporting that oakland has had the worst 911 answering times out of any city or county in california, 3 to 4 times longer than the state standard. some people saying they're waiting 10 to 15 minutes for an answer. well, last summer after we started asking questions, the state put oakland on notice. oakland's mayor responded by investing in additional $2.5 mill
