the latest incident happened in east oakland and as you take a look at this video with our partnership with abchere responded before 5:00 p.m. of shots that were fired. oakland police told me that two suspects fired multiple rounds and that the tenure road was struck by the bullet. she was receiving treatment for her injuries. the one-year-old is recovering and he is not of the hospital after a bullet fragment struck him in the neck. the grandfather was just feeding him when a bullet came through the window. the police believe that a man was targeted who was outside of the apartment. as for the man of the bicycle he was shot in the leg and he was treated and released. if police stated that he is not cooperating. there is a $25,000 reward in this case. this is higher than usual and the police that is that they're so outraged. >> in richmond, mike pelton kron 4 news. >> i just read something about richmond getting control on their crime and that they were having such a difficult problem. they were trying to crack down but is unfortunate that this has happened. >> you could just hear the sound of
