abc 7 news reporter amy is live at oakland city hall. amy? >> hi, kristen. yes, she just wrap had up a conference in front of city hall. she wanted to he show everyone she is at work today and she wanted to insist she was not on her cell phone. here is cell phone video taken by a witness showing she did stick around the accident. she told us this morning she is a little sore and the driver of the other car told us yesterday that she had back pain and police say that woman did take herself to the hospital. that driver also says that the mayor was on her phone at the time of the crash. and that the mayor ran a red light and caused the crash. and a couple of other witnesses told the same story. the mayor is accuse -- has been accused twice recently of being on her phone while driving. there are pictures of her on the phone that surfaced with social media. but she said he yesterday she was not on her phone. >> i want to say very clearly, the i learned my lesson the week before. i was on on my phone. my phone records will show that. we have submitted them to the
