the overnight roadwork and it is now past 5:00 so everything looks good if you are passing the oakland coliseumnd your downtown oakland exits. headlights are southbound 880. looks okay heading into hayward and all the overnight roadwork in san leandro is now gone. as i mentioned, we were seeing some unusual early-morning delays coming out of the altamont pass. well, it turns out it was a stall and that's the reason for it. so the drive time is already 22 minutes. so you may be kind of wondering why just driving along and seeing an unusual amount of traffic and brake lights. it's because of this at north greenville. it's a stall blocking one lane. we have closures around downtown napa so may be hard to get around some of those city streets. these are really the only closures, by the way, still out there. main street closed at third and clinton, and stretches of first, second and third streets. here's a live look at the bay bridge toll plaza. all clear no delay at all in any of the cash lanes. so 5:15 now. by 5:45, i think this could look different. that's when they usually turn on the metering l
