oakland possibly after hitting another vehicle there. police got a report of a reckless driving about 2:30 this morning near the lake shore avenue on-ramp to westbound i-580. officers found a car upside- down with the driver trapped inside. the woman died at the scene. >>> also in oakland a rash of shootings left a woman dead and two people injured on new year's eve. the first shooting happened just before 9:00 at 54th street and martin luther king, jr. way. a man was shot and wounded in the leg. a few minutes later on 22nd avenue a woman was shot in the chest. she died at a hospital. then 9:30 a child was hit by gunfire at 104th avenue and walnut street. that child is in critical condition. >>> new details this morning. a 19-year-old woman walking across the street has died. she was with a baby and another teen. they were hit walking across the street. it happened last night at paseo padre parkway at mowry avenue in fremont. one of the women was carrying a three-month-old baby who was thrown from her arms. the baby is in serious condition. police say the driver stopped and is cooperating. >>> in san francisco, the driver of an suv is un
