scattered showers out there taking a look at our hi-def doppler, we have that line of rain showers moving in over vacaville, fairfield, also moving into portions of oakland and san francisco. this is not a huge rainmaker. this is just some light scattered sprinkles but you may need an umbrella if you are heading out early this morning to one of the malls. looking at temperatures out there right now, mostly in the 40s and 50s. so it's not actually too bad. 49 in concord, 50 out in oakland. like i said by later on this afternoon we are climbing up to the mid-60s in some spots. 64 in mountain view, 63 oakland. and 61 in san francisco. so the big deal over the next couple of days is these rain showers we have seen the past couple of days are out of here, low pressure gone, high pressure moves in and you can see we are left with sunshine by later on in the afternoon. and that really continues actually for the next seven days until next thursday. then rain a possibility after that. but we'll let lawrence deal with that once he comes back on monday. all right. let's go outside show what you it looks like on the roads. it is not too bad. of course, it's a holida

live look at 880 through oakland looks good, as well. overnight roadwork may not be picked up yesterday on southbound 880 between 980 and fruitvale but northbound traffic looks like everything is fine all the way towards downtown oakland. and a quick bridge check. san mateo bridge this is fine. now, if you are heading out towards the peninsula closer towards san mateo county we have ongoing roadwork until 6:30 this morning. it sounds like they have about one lane blocked off southbound 280 by bunker hill. again, that's some ongoing roadwork they are doing in the area but our sensors are picking up slower traffic a few brake lights across the stretch and the marin county commute southbound 101 they did the lane change across the golden gate bridge. i'm not sure what happened to traffic but overall we're not hearing of any major problems now across the span. that is traffic. back to you. >> that's good news. >> i guess so, yeah. >> thank you. >>> the bigger more disturbing warning labels apparently will not appear on cigarette packs as soon
