the nanosatellite created by the team at oakwood is called nanosat. it's a nod to a popular internet meme, which hopefully you guys can explain a little bit more to me later about that. but for more, we're joined here in studio by two of the oakwood students who are part of this project, junior lauren saucy, as well as senior researcher cavale. thank you both for being here. and first of all, congratulations from all of us at ktvu. this is really an incredible achievement. lauren, what does this mean to you and to your teammates at oakwood to be selected by nasa for this initiative? >> i mean, it's an honor to be selected. we've worked very hard the past three years on making a proposal, designing our mission, designing components like our structure and electrical, like our whole satellite. it's been a whole process, and we're very honored that our hard work has been acknowledged and that we were chosen. >> yeah, i'm sure you must have poured your your hearts and your souls and put a lot of hours into this. what brashear talked to me about the process
