fire department, cal ocea, landlord, tenants, all the various different agencies. there is a difference between replacing an elevator and modernizing an elevator. modernizing is a process where you don't have to necessarily take out the entire shaft of the elevator. the fire department issued a willingness to work with owners to change the dimensional requirements and whether it has to be large enough to get a fire department gurney inside the elevator. which are some of the things that make the costs go up. and so there is modernizing an elevator without displacing the tenants. the elevator, as it stands today, is not just a one-inch difference. it's five or six inches. it jolts every time you go down the thing. imagine if you were dependent on this elevator to get to your home. so, i just -- i will leave nit your hands. because, you know, you're the final arbiter of whether an order gets put on this. this is one of the few ways we have to hold the owner accountability. and there are people watching this broadcasts that will take a message away from your decision
