we have been following this story and that boat is stuck in the surf in ocean beach in san franciscoebody jumped off that boat this morning but first responders have not found anybody yet and there is also a fear it may be leaking fuel. brian flores is out there and we will have a live report and it is monday august th and we have a combination of low clouds and fogs and we have a couple of sprinkles here and most of the rain is staying east of us and south, maybe tonight and tomorrow, i think the low is responsible and that will not happen until later. mostly cloudy and some sun breaks and humidity factors continue to be high even though it has come down since friday and up in the sierra there could be pockets of heavy rain and isolated thunderstorms. those can be one to two inches of rain and there is a lot of moisture around. 50s and 60s on the temperatures. froster city, i think i will so some rain and 60s closer to the water, here is tara. >>> we have slow downs and they are 20 minute delays in every direction and we will keep you posted on when those delays are lifted as far as

coast guard arrived here on ocean beach. if tourp push in, you might see them silhouetted against the waves. as you push in straight, you see the backhoe just beyond the backhoe and to the right is the fishing skreszle that he they are -- vessel that they are concerned about. they're trying to figure out what's the deal with the fuel. they're waiting for a contractor who specializes in removing fuel to come out here and figure out once they remove the fuel how did they best remove this vessel that has been leaking. diesel into the ocean for the past 24 hours or so. the boat is the paloma, it's a 38 foot fishing boat. it ran aground yesterday morning. it has a 400 gallon fuel tank. not clear if it was full of fuel at the time. then as i mentioned, how to figure out how to remove the vessel itself. the skipper of the paloma is still missing, it was around 3:30 yesterday morning that he radioed a veszle to let them know he was caught in the surf around ocean beach. >> we're all worried. we all would love to know that he's okay.

the wind blows, it comes from the ocean beach. because the sand is moving, you can see evidence along this side of the hill in 1989. the vibrations in accelerated. you have a significant amount of movement to the point that the homes that uc had very severe damage for two blocks. we recognized what the problem was at the time, it was a matter of loose sand on a very steep slope. thank you for the effort. we were able to get federal funding and design which you see in the upper walls. the lower walls was actually billed as part of the wpa. the upper wall was built in 1991-'92. this is a concrete wall and it has rocked going through the wall that extends the distance of 80 feet beyond the wall. the next earthquake occurs, the wall is designed to resist and the movement of the sand and allowed it to move down hill. this is a classic example of the creek and degree flow and exists all the way the area. we might see the other evidence. we have done nothing to improve the quality and the strength of the dam. >> one of the things that ha
