if you haven't been able to get to the the beach, this is the scene from ocean city right now. looks like a decent day there. certainly they're not going to be as hot as we are. they'll hold in the 80s. the storms that i'm tracking -- excuse me -- i tripped over something. we'll be good. storms on track down south of pittsburgh and in toward ohio. there's very little activity going on right now. this is what we had early this morning when we had some heavier downpours down in southern maryland. our temperatures now, they're way up there. this is the bigger problem for today i think, the heat. it's 87 now. a little cooler on the bay 80 in annapolis with 86 leesburg. 87 fredricksburg. when you factor in the humidity, we already have heat index values in the mid-90s. these are going to get close to triple digits today. for the afternoon we're looking at sunshine. isolated storms developing here and there. 89 by 3:00 if not 91, 92. so it's going to be a very hot day with the heat index near 100. tomorrow looks even hotter. we'll have pore on that -- more on that plus the mid week r
