if we move on to oceanside, what we see here is a small number of projects. and when we look at opportunities to make changes, what we did, again, is we added security enhancements at oceanside, so that all facilities would have upgraded security. we consolidated the dcs again here. what we're doing here is we have the dcs planning for all three facilities being down as ssip and at ocean point and north point the implementation is in phase two and that extends through the 2032 time period. again, when we looked at the facilities here and working with the oem team, the improvements that we originally planned for phase three when we looked at the conditions there, we realized that that project cannot wait that long, so we move that project forward phase three to phase two. so, again, here's what the final list of projects is today in terms of oceanside. the schedule, again, phase two runs through 2027-2028 time frame and then phase three fakes over. our costs at oceanside don't change significantly. plus seven in phase one. a savings $39 in phase three. part of

i worked for a company in oceanside california, very large company. we made supplies and as the ceo what was the biggest burden, tax burden or payable? he said payroll. i also worked for the largest hvac plumbing company in las vegas and the ceo of that of thy said the same thing. i haven't done a lot of research but i believe companies are moving overseas because of payroll, not tax burden. i'd like your opinion. tragic it's a good question, and manufacturer is not a model. every company is different. in some cases energy costs are the primary driver of the cost structure for a company. in other cases you're right it's labor cost. the united states while our tax code isn't perfect, if you look at the overall tax burden of many of our companies it's comparably lower. with a much different system where we don't have what's called value-added taxes. ween don't tax imports coming in and we don't rebate exports that are going out. that sets us apart from almost the rest of the industrialized world, but the current tax debate doesn't address that at all an

oceanside to l.a. to santa barbara. it is not just us. it is everybody. a low is digging in. a major pattern change here. seattle, very dynamic system. doesn't have a lot of moisture to work with it right now. it will tap into that. tomorrow looks like a rain day. a steady rain day. then picking up in intensity late friday and early saturday. we should get a break saturday afternoon and into about sunday afternoon before the next system. over the next five to seven days, lots of mountain snow. the key is this system is digging and will park it and then there will be low clouds, some sun. but the low clouds are getting ramped up out ahead of it. as it does, we will see strong upslope beginning up in the sierra. that can set the stage for very impressive snow totals. again we're looking ahead here a week. we will get a third of an inch to an inch and a half. santa rosa north looks good on the rainfall. if sacramento gets two inches and mount shasta gets two and a half, you're talking snow totals up in the mountains. it will probably be a warning friday afternoon. i'll sure they
