about ocii, hi commissioner, good seeing you. so, it's obvious that ya'll are trying to get -- if i had money i would invest in ya'll, you know why, because you have a shot and whatever ya'll do ya'll going to ok it and city going to make money whether we the community that's impacted by it is going to get no revenue from it but if i had money, and if i could talk to my son and law i would invest in buying lands and giving them to my great grandkids because i know what ya'll are doing is going to impact them. now, what i'm saying here, can i get some quiet over there, can you close the door. i just have to have something here because this stuff is so serious we're going to talk about some serious stuff. so i got to, ya'll don't want me to sing so i ain't going to do that but what i'm saying is, i want ya'll to be very crystal clear on what i'm saying about mission bay and you know if it takes years and years we're going to try to get something up here and we're going to reverse it because right now you are trying to take down jus

. >> i know i'm a well-known fixture down here and i love all of you with ocii and i troy to stand back and not get in your face all the time but there are times when you have to stand up just as oscar james said, when something marvelous is going on you have to applaud. i am the chair for the cac for the shipyard and i'm fortunate enough to be a member of the i. c.b. and legacy foundation and those two groups which are passing out community benefits to everyone in the bay view and we have been working very hard to find ways to the i.c. and we are able to put money in to workforce development and in to housing and it's been a real challenge to troy to make sure that we have, that people who are low income can remain in san francisco and remain in affordable housing. it's a challenge but we're doing everything within our power to do that through the legacy foundation and we're look looking at coming out pretty soon and i can share this with you, we're excited about it, the hacker hub r.f.p. will go out and doing something in the community for that so we're excited about that as well as t
