i'm going to let jose campos of ocii staff go tlhrough those with you. on changes on the candlestick side, i mentioned the jamestown parcel. that's actually a parcel that was owned or is owned by the san francisco 49ers. that was originally a part of that j pro. since that time, i think there's been a mutual agreement amongst planning commission, ocii staff, five point, the master developer and the property owner that that land is actually probably better suited, that the planning department guide that redevelopment, so we're seeking to remove that parcel from the redevelopment plan and the associated s.u.d. and the associated area plan. on the hunters point shipyard side, the -- the proposed modifications are more significant. five point has -- has engaged sir david aje to reenvision the project, and then, they have engaged ginsler architects to take that and turn it into a set of redevelopment requirements in the new design for development document, and that is before you for approval, today, as well. so just to summarize the approvals from you, commis

city acceptance of the deed from the ocii interest on these three blocks. city assumption of lease and agreements per an assignment and assumption agreement. acceptance by the city of all funds into a separate account consistent with controller direction. the assignment and the jurisdiction of the assets once transferred to the city will be in the real estate department. this will be an escrowed transaction and that's to provide adequate title insurance to the city, to allow for a clear transfer of funds and post escrow reconciliation to account for year end adjustments we expect to be made after july 1. the effect of the transfer is that tenants will pay their rent to a new address and new account. real estate staff will play the role currently executed by ocii staff today, in managing the affairs. but this should be seamless to the thousands of patrons of the yerba buena gardens. probably more in your mind today, this summer the board will see a master lease between the city and yerba buena gardens conservanc conservancy. that will provide a more nimble p

also here today are lei leila hussein and sally hirth from ocii. it's the predecessor to the san francisco redevelopment agency and is responsible for implementing the redevelopment of the candlestick park and hunters point shipyard plan. i also want to acknowledge tremendous work over many, many months from my team. so as you can see, we are talking about the very southeastern most corner of san francisco. you can see in the corner there exactly where the project is, as well as more detailed map. this was once home to of course shipyard operations, and also of course the jiengiants and 4 stadium at candlestick point. the redevelopment covered three areas. the shipyard phase one which was approved in 2006 with 1600 homes and 80,000 square feet of retail as well as parks. this is a portion of the project that has been constructed and is occupied at this point. and then, in 2010, the other two areas, a redevelopment plan for the other two areas was approved. one was candlestick point, which is a mixed use area with housing as well as a regional retai
