ocii hired dpw in 2013 to act as manager for the project. the originalal had three units of work and the originalal mou authorized funding for phase i only which was design services through 50% cds. since then there have been two mou amendments authorizing work. today i am here to discuss a third amendment which is sub phase 2c which would authorize funding for construction. sub phase 2c, there is 11 divisions of dpw that oversee the construction to make sure the project is built with approved plans on budget and on schedule. also includes funding for general contractor portion which is a contract between dpw and general contractor. the scope also includes funding for puc and mta for construction and support services. total authorization is phase 2c -- the mou amount to date then would be $19,709,347. this portion is being funded by ocii with existing bond proceeds. regarding the contracting per 2013mou we are relying on the city's contracting requirements, the city has 25% lbe goal. michell engineering chose to construct the project is city

the salary chart is required by calpers to be made publicly available on ocii website. approval to correct five classification salaries benchmarked to city and county of san francisco with current incumbent employees on our salary chart. second, changes of the scope of duty for work of two classifycations, human resources manager and add principle analyst. on the chart you can see the salaries between a and b. while we were presenting for the cost of living increases for staff, we came across abnormalities of five classification salaries not comparable with the city and county of san francisco. because of this we sought adistance and he found the same findings that we found. because we have incumbents in these five we wanted to keep them the same. for these five classifications the proposessed salary charts are listed as line a and b. line a for employees that were hired before june 30, 2018 and line b will indicate for employees hired after july 1, 2018. we net with local 1021 and 1041 and explained how this will not hurt those in this classification. i'm associate planner at ocii. today we're seeking commission approval of the schematic design of a five-story mixed-use building with 32 units, including five affordable units and ground floor retail at 4101 third street in the bayview industrial triangle redevelopment project area. this is one of seven redevelopment areas in san francisco, where ocii has land use authority. no enforce abable obligation exists, but ocii retains regulatory authority for review within the departments. the bayview industrial project area was adopted in 1980 and ocii will maintain authority there until the plan expires in 2020. the project area is comprised of about six city blocks within the bayview neighborhood. 4101 third street site is on a triangular parcel between innis and hudson. it's currently a vacant lot. further redevelopment plan maps are three land use districts. they're separate designations and supersede the zoning districts. it's within the commercial or residential district with residential units above ground floor c
