francisco tomorrow and thursday at the san francisco armory, on friday, the volunteers will be at the oco kol coliseum. >>> students from high schools think e-cigarettes are healthier and safer than regular cigarettes. but health officials say that's not true. and that e-cigarettes have harmful side effects. the ban is expected to be introduced at a meeting tonight. >>> 7:39. it's a highway project. it's already causing a commuting nightmare for people driving between sacramento and tahoe. take a look at this video. now, the project just got underway this morning and you can see it is already causing a huge backup. those crews down there, they will be working to improve a section of highway 50 between 18th and 24th streets in san francisco. they will start with eastbound traffic, then move to the westbound traffic late next month. the entire project expected to last until june 25th. the section under construction is a major artery for people commuting from the bay area to sacramento and tahoe. it's not only affecting traffic on highway 50. it's also causing huge backupses on interstate 80
