for things that they do as police officers. that holds true when the police shooting vinctims are black, white, native americans or asians otherwise. >> what about the fact that breonna's boyfriend's rights to carry a license. how does it factor into the story? >> he's in his home. now one interesting thing to consider here that daniel cameron did make a point of noting that the officers both knocked and announced which only one eye witness corroborated by cameron -- under kentucky law, you have the right to self-defend in your home under the castle doctrine, there are a number of restrictions on that and one of those is you do not have the right to self-defense in your home if the person entering your home is a police officer and you know that or could have reasonably been expected to know that. so the charges against him for shooting at the officers or opening fire were dropped but they were dropped in a way that they could be refiled and it will be interesting to see as this goes on if cameron mentions of that was intentiona
