we heard this morning, fred malaysian official making a headline in the newspaper, two days. two days we'll know if this piece is in fact part of mh-370. is that what you are hearing as well? >> reporter: it's certainly going to be a process. it is unclear how long the analysis will take. the piece of plane you said or debris has to be brought here. the way that will happen is that will leave reunion later today. we expect in a couple of hours, in the evening hours, in the island's time. it will be an 11-hour flight to paris. by that time it will be saturday. it will be brought down here in the south of france. we believe it will be here late saturday or early sunday morning. the latest we hear from french authorities is analysis of that debris will take place next week. they have not given a timeframe how long the analysis will take and they have not given indication when they will give updates along the way. there will be many tests that will be conducted on this particular piece of debris. of course as we have been saying one of the things they need to find out if it is fr
