here is video taken last night at frank ogawa plaza for. more demonstrations are planned in there tomorrow. protesters are planning to rally at the courthouse just after 8:00 a.m. tomorrow morning to draw attention to those arrested in last weekend of protests. the groove band plans to move on to frank ogawa plaza for a noon rally. this is some of the videos hosted on youtube last night. a few protesters retaliated against the media, one through bottle of urine at a news van. around 9:00 p.m. protesters marched towards police headquarters burning american flag along the way. police and demonstrators say overall the march was peaceful. last night's demonstrations are far cry from the 400 people arrested a week ago in downtown oakland. here is video from that date. that protest peaked with bottle and rock throwing from protesters and tear-gas from police. protesters tried occupying two buildings and damaged city hall. many were issued a stay await orders to try and prevent war criminal activity. >>ysabel: in the south bay san jose man is in c

we were at frank ogawa plaza and this is where last night's demonstration began.here there is dueling rallies and marches scheduled to happen tomorrow. first, we have video of last night's demonstration. it was peaceful. about 100 protesters marched through downtown in west oakland over to webster and mcarthur. police followed the group along the route but there were no confrontations between police and protesters and there were no arrests. it was a very different scene from a week ago when 400 people were arrested after occupy supporters tried to take over a vacant convention building. police used tear gas and bean bag guns on the crowd at that event. nothing like that last night. in recent days, based on what occupy oakland supporters have written on discussion boards and twitter, there appears to be a debate within the movement about emphasizing nonviolence specifically as a protest tactic. there are comments on twitter like, we're losing the p.r. war and our message is being misconstrued. occupy oakland sent out tweets about last night's event saying, this is
