angela: 40-year-old walter ambrose is charged with the rape of 13-year-old seminole county . reporter: police say in this recent incident, he fled the scene, but thanks to a multi agency task force he was caught in south florida. 40-year-old walter ambrose is charged with the rape of 13-year-old seminole county girl, also deadly assault with a weapon without intent to kill. according the arrest report, walter ambrose had held a knife to the victim' s throat and forced himself on her. he also punched her in the jaw area when she yelled for him to stop. the alleged attack happened two days ago at the victim' s home. longwood police say an adult female was also inside the house. the report says she had invited ambrose to the house. ambrose allegedly choked her with two hands, causing her to blackout. walter ambrose is listed as a sexual predator. he' s been found guilty of sexual battery in orange, brevard and seminole counties and has served nearly 15 years in prison. the case in seminole county invovled a 15-year-old in 1994 throat and forced her to have sex. >> even for him t
