reports, the driver of the car, 39-year-old jeanette, this officer, new mexico state police officer oliver wilson, trying to pull her over for driving erratically. but she done do the right thing and pull over. as you can see, she takes off, trying to lose the officer. and in the process, going through crowded neighborhoods. this chase went on for quite a while, reaching speeds up to 87 mes per hour. but eventually the officer pull this pit maneuver. suddenly, you see debris flying in front of the dash cam. according to reports, she ended up going toward the police car. listen to what happened. officer wilson gets out, demanding that she stop. >> put your hands up! [ gunfire ] [ sirens ] >> his gun. >> he fired 16 shots into that car. you see him run in front of the dash cam, as she attempts to drive away. now, unfortunately, two of the shots did hit her and wounded her fatally. if you listen to the audio, you hear a man's voice as well. there was a passenger in that car. a 34-year-old jeremy munoz. >> put your hands up! put your hands up. >> her passenger did testify at grand jury hearing and he
