. >>> it's unclear that olivia bertalan tweeted this week.coming out, and as the state indicated, she follows the defense attorney mark o'mara on twitter as well as george zimmerman's defense team. what were they trying to do by calling this witness? >> well, this had already come into evidence, because all of the 911 calls george had made and prior break-ins in the community had come. i think they were trying to put her on, because now it's relevant. let's look at the facts. this happened in the previous year, fall of 2011 the young man was arrested, again, he lived in the complex, by the way, rearrested beginning of february. so i find it interesting the defense put them on. maybe they're trying to show that george was concerned this defendant had been released again, as was initially, but obviously shows crime in their neighborhood, not profiling. >> why do you say it doesn't show profiling? it's been introduced earlier he had called in a number of times, saying that an african-american young man were suspiciously walking around the neighb

i mean, olivia bertalan who just testified, she follows the lead defense attorney mark o'mara on twitter, he's appeared on various television programs. >> right. >> john done ellie, who gives $5,000 to a fund and assists in the clothing of mr. zimmerman. it seems that virtually all of these individuals have a vested continuing interest in this trial, beyond the actual evidence. >> right. well, looking they're family and friends of george zimmerman. so they are supporting him in the case. the question would be a perfectly appropriate question for cross-examination of the gm owner, had it been raised on cross-examination when he was called as a defense witness. the question is, can he call him back to the stand now just to ask him that. we're always finding out new information as time goes on. we can't call witnesses back and get in another additional question. this is time for the state's rebuttal case. they're supposed to be putting on fresh evidence to respond to new information that came out in the defense case. not supposed to be extending cross-examinations that are already concluded

and the last witness the defense called today was a woman by the name of olivia bertalan. they were telling her story throughout this trial that she was home alone with her infant child when some young men tried to break into her house, did break into her house. she called 911, was hiding in her infant's room with a rusty pair of scissors in one hand and a baby in the other. she says that night george zimmerman came to her house, introduced himself as the neighborhood watch captain, offered his help and even brought her a new lock for the back door that those guys are broken into, greta. >> the prosecution, has it finished his rebuttal case. are we to the jury discussion tomorrow and the closing arguments tomorrow afternoon? >> that's exactly what's going to happen. the attorneys are going to go in and hash out the jury instruction tomorrow morning. then at 1:00 they'll bring the jury back and state prosecutors are going to lay out their closing arguments, greta. >> thank you very much. >>> now to the testy exchange between the judge and defense lawyer don west. now, it al
