i agree with you on your point on facebook. the big question on the deal was whether or not they were going to be able to monetize their platform, their 900 million users. i want to test, if you look at groupon, facebook was able to go out and ask 900 million users if they would be interested in, say, for instance, a mother in midtown manhattan, you're interested in yoga, would you be interested in us sending you information on this. isn't that a great way, even if 10% signed up, aren't you talking about billions in revenue for facebook? >> exactly. i'll give you a little more perspective on that. 6% of traffic across the global internet is facebook. if they get 6%, drive 6% of commerce with things like you're talking about and take a 2% take rate, a small take rate that would take 2014 from 25 to 42%. a lot of numbers i realize there. the real takeaway is that commerce is something facebook isn't getting paid for, enabling that. in the future they are going to enable it. it's way too big an opportunity. google has this do good

and the fallout today, ubs is sitting on big facebook losses. sources telling us that it could be as high as $350 million. that would be ten times more than the estimates in the street. the market making on ubs is douchb to 30 to $35 million. the ubs itself and execution and facebook trade. i'm hearing ubs at $1.1 million share allocation but when it did not receive the al indications, all of those clicks eventually went through. ubs was ready for much more stock than it ever wanted. the nasdaq will be liable for such a loss and it's debatable. it's important to remember that ubs was selling the excess stock that it received on the way down and some people are saying it's simply human error, you don't keep putting the same order in when you get the confirmation. nasdaq should have halted this stock when it was clear that the confirmation was not coming out ubs tried to unload the stock at 35 and sold some of the positions under $30 a share. it's not clear whether ubs has hedged this story. we have not gotten the confirmation that this number is t
