good to hear you as well out here in this cold here on the national mall. taking the pulse of the crowd down here on the national mall once the crowds do get down here. right now, people are starting to slowly filter in to this area as they get ready for inauguration 2013. last time it was packed all way from the steps of the capitol back past the washington monument and beyond. there were jumbotrons all over place to accommodate all the crowds here although they are not expecting that large of a crowd to come this time. they still do have the jumbotrons in place and they are expecting a big crowd even though it may not be as big as last time. a couple of things it tell you about. entry points, constitution avenue, northwest between seventh and 12th. independence avenue between 7th and 12th as well. those locations will open this morning at 6:30. if you are coming down here, there are some items that you cannot bring to this location. five arms, alcohol, backpacks, large bags, coolers, strollers, signs, posters, animals. it may sound strange but those are t
