and the first, thanks to programs online to help serve really the majority of students who are nontraditionaland of the five million jobs that can't be filled, most of the people that we speak to they say because it is a skilled gap. >> we talk about this all of the time, everybody thinks i have to send my kid to a four year school, liberal arts, and we talk all of the time about the skills gap. about all of the -- all of the things that companies can't hire for right now. there is a skills gap in this country, large part of it because of the lack of access. my question to you is there is a subset of people in this country, not low income, but low to moderate income families that can't afford to have their child proceed to higher education. how do you attack that? >> i think there are lots of ways. some of our institutions around the world, and frankly that is not everybody needs a full four year program. we're literally working on three-month boot camps in i.t. in three months we can have someone take on a position. they can make $50,000 to $70,000 a year. not everybody needs a four year deg
