on i-95.the change. we're now seeing some traffic move at least that right lane is getting by. we know it's a multi vehicle accident. three vehicles involved and hearing there are injuries on the scene so that's why we have police, we've got penndot on the scene, ambulance all responding to this accident on i-95. a vehicle was kind of facing sideways here on i-95. for while there all lanes were blocked and now it looks like they're letting at least that right lane get by but traffic is already jammed northbound on i-95 approaching the vine to approaching girard. the accident itself is between the vine street expressway and girard so northbound traffic really jammed and you see the southbound traffic off to the side right here jammed from allegheny to girard. so you can stick to delaware avenue or one of the numbered streets here instead of i-95 northbound and 95 is one of the areas that really didn't look as bad. ice concerns as well as some of these side roads so you really need to be careful

that one.ham township an accident involving an overturned tractor-trailer here. 272 shut down between route 1 and 222. we had a nasty accident in the overnight hours on 295 southbound. it was a tanker that was hauling heating oil here. 295 southbound past 73. all of the southbound lanes are opened. northbound they've just had that left shoulder blocked with crews still on the scene. so we had an overturned tanker overturned tractor-trailer out there. you still need to be careful because i think people are hitting the slick spots. temperatures are below freezing. as we look in the suburbs here, 19 degrees in slatington and fleetwood, 27 pottstown 23 quakertown, 27 warrington. we're just barely above freezing in chester it's 33. 29 in kennett square, 31 in browns mills. sit ought freezing mark in hammonton and 35 degrees in dover, delaware. feels even colder than that when you factor in the winds but you need to be careful. anything that looks a little shiny is icy matt. >> thanks karen. >>> brea

unfortunate news for drivers on 76 eastbound with an accident in gulph mills on the on-ramp. you can see it here in the traffic camera. i've been watching it over the last hour that's pretty new. there's a tow truck creeping out to the lane of 76 eastbound at gulph mills as part of the process to overturn the vehicle on the ramp. so i'm keeping my eye on it. i checked drive times between 76 and the blue route and vine in both directions that doesn't seem to be affecting things in that area so far, just keep that in mind. it will probably be slow going if you enter 76 eastbound via the gulph mills ramp. in plymouth township ridge pike at chemical road. they are trying to correct that around the intersection that is definitely getting busier as the morning progresses. we are in the 6:00 hour. then in upper gynedo an accident on sumneytown pike blocking a lane there. and for mass transit, on the market/frankrd line, board on the westbound side. >>> crews across the region are ready to roll for the weekend's storm. penndot says they are prepared for more than 330 trucks and plows
