the wind has switched direction becoming more of an onshore breeze meaning cooler weather around the bay area today. already beginning to see dense fog at the immediate coastline so watch out for that traveling there. mostly clear though inside the bay and fairly mild and clear skies in the valleys to start with. so not a bad day indeed. but the temperatures will be down just a bit. plan on 60s with a mix of sun and clouds. 80s inland. high pressure weakening. you have the low off the coast and as this approaches the coast it will deepen the marine layer somewhat and bring some milder days ahead. so the temperatures will be coming down through the middle of the week and after that weather improves. computer models picking up on the patchy fog at the coastline early on today but you see it fills in throughout the morning hours and even into the afternoon. so we are planning on lots of clouds at the coastline and then overnight tonight again a stronger surge of some low clouds and fog and that means some cooler weather for tomorrow, as well. numbers not going to be bad. planning on 79
