listen, everybody knew that the big attraction to the oprah winfrey network would ultimately be oprahself. the question was how was she going to put herself out there. now we see she's done it in a terrific way. "oprah's next chapter" was a great hit. she got 1.6 viewers for her second episode. that is the biggest audience ever for any show on the network since it was first launched back in 2011. i'm really curious now to see how the next show does. she's fee during governor chris christie in that. a fascinating character to be sure, but i was thinking of all the possible people out there to interview so early in the show's life. it was an interesting choice. we'll have to see if the audience does come for it. >> those are definitely two people that make headlines for sure in totally different ways. what's the deal with angelina going to the white house? paying the president a visit? >> yeah. got to drop in on president obama, absolutely. angelina jolie and brad pitt were in washington spotted by the white house press core. i'm looking at this video right here. it's kind of stalkerish

and cnn sits down with oprah winfrey in a revealing interview. time to play reporter roulette. dan lothian, let's begin with you at the white house. a new push to try to cut part of the federal government bureaucracy. dan lothian, what's the plan? >> that's right in is something that the president started talking about during his state of the union address last year. he really believes that the federal government is bloated. there's a lot of it, inefficiency, redund dance difficult between agencies and even within some of the agencies. so the president wants to get the powers last held by president ronald reagan. he wants to get that back, the congress to give him the green light to reorganize the administration believing this could save $3 billion over ten years. specifically, six agencies that the president wants to combine into one, including commerce, small business administration, and the office of the u.s. trade rep where the president believes there's some overlap. >> right now there are six departments and agencies focused primarily on business and trade and the federal
