to take a chance on him pretty soon whether it be at the end of this season or the beginning of next year. he's everything rick was talking about. he is big, he's strong, he's got very good mechanics. he's got four very good pitches. of all of the good young pitchers that the orioles have, i think this guy's got the best chance of being the ace of the staff. you give him a couple years of experience and i think he'll take over that role if he stays healthy. the i think thing i like the most right over the top good hard fastball, good rising football. he can make it move but he's got a very good off speed pitches to go with it. the good curve ball. very good slider. doesn't use it as much and an excellent change up. this is what keeps hitters off balance. i'm surprised they found some way to beat him three times so far this season. but in the minor leagues that can happen when you don't play on good infield and good back up defense as you're going to get here at the major league level. he's a can't miss guy and a guy i would want to develop as my ace. >> jake pitching tomorrow. time now to look at american leag
