1:00 sunday afternoon, our attention starts in the north bay where you see the pops of yellow and orange screen. that is some heavy rain moving through the north bay. you notice much of the region outside of the north bay dealing with a lot of cloud cover. as this front moves to the south, by 5:00 as the sun is going down on sunday, the heart of the region is dealing with those downpours. you even see these pops of red, that thin line. that is some heavy rain, a brief bout with it, but still heavy rain that will move through the region. then by 7:00, i do think that's when folks in the south bay and the inland east bay will start to see the wet weather pick up with those soaking showers. but it is a quick mover, so by 10:00, 11:00, the heavy rain is out of here and we're tailored to scattered, slight showers to end out the night, but winds are another factor with the storm. as the front moves through ahead of it, by 1:00 sunday afternoon, racing out of the south 20 to perhaps 40 miles per hour. as the front crosses through behind it, the winds do calm down, but that won't happen until ab
