every year, close to 70,000 people are processed through the five facilities that make up the orange county jail in southern california. most have not been convicted but are awaiting trial, charged with everything from minor infractions to murder. some will be released or bailed out within hours. others will call the jail home until their cases are resolved in court, a process that can take years. one inmate facing such a prospect is daniel wozniak, who prior to his arrest, could be found performing as an actor on the stages of various orange county play houses. >> i want people to know i'm a good guy. i'm easy going. i enjoy long walks on the beach. i'm an aries. i just want people to know that no matter what throughout all of this, i'm really a good guy. almost everyone in my life will say so. >> what i know of wozniak is he's in custody for a double murder. a beheading was involved as well as dismemberment. >> wozniak has entered a not guilty plea in a case that made headlines in orange county. he's alleged to have murdered two friends in order to steal money out of their bank accounts.

. >> reporter: orange county health officials say several disneyland employees have been diagnosed withhe measles. a surprise to many, two had reportedly been vaccinated. take a look at the measles crisis time line. december 15 through 20. official exposures happened in disneyland. january 7, we got the first public health alert tied to disneyland. january 20, confirmation of measles in employees. tonight, the chief medical officer released this statement. in an abundance of caution, we offered vaccinations and immunity tests. to date. a few cast members have tested positive and some have been medically cleared and returned to work. cast members who may have come in contact with those who are positive are being tested for the virus. a disney spokesperson says three of the employees contracted the measles from december 15 through 20th. but it is unclear when the remaining two were infected and if they were vaccinated. >> our kids have been vaccinated but we also heard vaccines have not always kept them from getting the measles either. >> stacey butler in anaheim. >>> tonight, a school in

the disneyland measles outbreak is prompting drastic action by health officials in orange county.nated students told to stay home because one of their classmates showed up with measles there earlier this month. 21 days being the incubation period for that airborne virus, which you can catch from an infected person without even coming into contact with that person, just about from being in a room where he or she was two hours before. the virus can live on cold, dry surfaces. experts say people without the vaccine are 35 times more likely to contract measles than those who have been vaccinated and of course the bay area home to more parents than in most places who choose not to vaccinate their kids at all or forego some of the recommended vaccinations. that's why california's chief epidemiologist says if you have not been vaccinated do not go to disn disneyland. if you have a baby too young to be immunized, avoid the airport because of the concentration of international travelers, folks who may not be vaccinated. talk to your doctor if you were born in the '70s or '80s, because you
