there's a really big fire in oregon that's been pushing smoke into parts of the north bay.g air quality, as well as in parts of the north bay. it may be a little worse than yesterday, especially around clear lake and then eventually heading into napa. parts of the east bay may have worsening air quality later on as a result of some of those oregon wildfires. and then temperatures for today will be about 8, 10 degrees lower than yesterday afternoon. but it's still pretty hot with livermore reaching 93 degrees, 92 in los gatos and hayward headed for 80 degrees, upper 80s in much of the north bay. then tomorrow it comes down even more, so we get back our natural air-conditioning. hopefully that improves the air quality. winds coming out of the west and our temperatures near the coast are going to be in the low to mid-60s, valleys will reach into the mid-80s for afternoon highs. that will be our break, because as we head toward thursday it will be heating up again. make sure you're staying hydrated. if you have to work outside, stay in the shade as much as possible and don't fo
