here in lafayette and parts of orinda.is the slow traffic on 24. 680 slow from 242 and it stays slow into the alamo area. we're also looking at a commute where traffic will be slow approaching the bay bridge- macarthur maze. when you get to the bay bridge, things are backed up. it's not as bad as it was. but a 15 to 20-minute delay at the toll plaza. 880 is really slowing down. it slows out of san leandro. also slow pretty much all the way up into downtown oakland. i'm looking around to see that we're not seeing anything. southbound 880 at hyde street, there was a crash. that could be affecting traffic northbound just by judging how slow this is. this is a look at 880 southbound between hayward and fremont. slow traffic dumbarton bridge slow all the way across to the pence l in the south bay commute, traffic will be slow on all of the approaches to the west valley. at 8:18, let's bring in steve with today's weather. >> thank you, sal. a good fog bank out there. there are breaks in it but most locations you can see it or it
