we're 3 former students of miramonte high school in orinda are suing the school and the ahca lot. his high school district over how they handle abuse cases involving a former teacher. there. the lawsuit points to mark lippman who taught english and they're monte. he was arrested and charged in september of 2009 and sentenced to 2 years in prison. he was not required to register as a offender. the lawsuit says lynn sexually abused 3 student between 2007 2009 when they were all under age. the lawsuit also says that the students reported the misconduct to several school officials, the lead and stayed on the job and continue that abuse. alameda high school called for another shelter in place thursday afternoon after a report of an intruder there. police were called to the school in a message was sent out to students, staff and parents. but that report turned out to be a false alarm. that incident does come just 2 days after people entered the school, one of them was a former student who was acting erratic. another, a man who reportedly touch to students face and asked to kiss to other
